I believe photos should be printed as tangible memories to be cherished over the years.
I have always had a camera, and keeping photographs and mementos has always been an important practice for me - from high school to college to being a mom to three wonderful children. Our walls are lovingly filled with large portraits, and I have boxes upon boxes of prints and scrapbooks galore stashed away.
I have been a photographer and documenter for most of my life. I LOVE pictures and I treasure them.
I have a boutique studio in Chapel Hill and I also photograph at outdoor locations all over Raleigh, Durham, Cary and Apex.
I have been married to my college sweetheart for 27 years and we have three great kids. I feel blessed beyond measure.
Today, I specialize in capturing motherhood, high school seniors, and anniversary sessions and vow renewals.
When I started my business more than 16 years ago I began by photographing only maternity sessions on black and white film. Most of my early work was black and white, and I still love it today - though I now embrace color portraits just as much.
