Paris Anniversary Session | Paris Vow Renewal

A photo session in Paris with your handsome husband is a once in a lifetime dream come true!  Getting all glammed up at 5:00 in the morning is totally worth it to get beautiful sunrise in Paris pictures where it appears that you are the only two in the city!  Holly and Paul are from right here in Raleigh, NC and decided to do an epic Paris photo session while they were traveling in France to celebrate their 22nd wedding anniversary.  It is so clear from having spent the morning with them that they are totally in love still after 22 years of marriage.  It is a beautiful thing to behold such a love and lifelong commitment.  They are the parents of two boys and have been together since college.

It was such a pleasure to photograph them in the City of Light and document their love story with some of the most iconic locations in the world as the backdrop.  we had so much fun walking around Paris at dawn when there is hardly anyone else around (except for the Eiffel Tower where even at 6 am there are a few others around!). Even though this session was in June it was actually about 55 degrees during our session and poor Holly was freezing! Thank goodness I had an assistant with me to carry her bag and her coat as well as my camera bag!
